Service Description
4- 60 Minute Treatment Sessions, 🕐 Valid for 6 months for $400.00 Welcome to Ongoing Renewal! We’re honored to support you in your wellness journey. Our New Client Package is thoughtfully designed to ensure you receive the most personalized care from your very first session—so you can feel confident, informed, and empowered every step of the way. With this package, you may choose from any of the following specialized treatments: -Deep Tissue Massage Therapy -Sports Massage -Trigger Point Therapy -Cupping Therapy -Neuro Techniques What’s Included: 1. Pre-Appointment Welcome Before your first session, we’ll email you everything you need to prepare— including health forms and consent forms. This ensures a smooth and intentional start to your care. 2. Thorough Intake & Interview -We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment. -We’ll take time to review your health history, symptoms, and goals. -You’ll share what brings you in and what relief or outcomes you’re hoping for. -We’ll talk about your previous treatment experiences and how your body has responded in the past. 3. Movement & Mobility Assessment -Next, we’ll conduct a functional evaluation to better understand your body’s current state. -We’ll assess posture, flexibility, strength, range of motion, and mobility. -If necessary, we’ll perform targeted clinical tests to gain deeper insight. 4. Personalized Treatment Plan -After your assessment, we’ll collaborate to design a custom treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and wellness goals. -We encourage questions, conversation, and your full participation in the process. 5. Hands-On Massage -Your session will conclude with a focused, restorative massage based on the treatment plan discussed. -Whether it’s deep tissue work or targeted pain relief, your body will be supported through skilled, intentional care. 6. Continued Care & Progress Monitoring -At Ongoing Renewal, we believe healing happens over time. -We'll schedule follow-up visits to support your progress and adjust your care as needed. -Our goal is to help you feel better, move better, and live with more ease and vitality. 7. Open Communication & Support -Your experience matters. We welcome your feedback and are always here to answer questions or make adjustments to your treatment plan. This isn’t just a session—it’s the beginning of a relationship centered around your health, healing, and ongoing renewal.








Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies: • 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. • No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged $45 for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made. • Arriving late Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
